The following 10 Core Values are what my company and I use to guide us in our business. When I started selling my book in 2004, I made a promise to myself that I would do so only for the right reasons. These 10 values help me and those who work for me stay on the right track, and I am proud to share them with you...

We manage our business honestly and directly, accept responsibility for our actions, and follow through on commitments and promises. Our goal is to treat customers honestly and forthright, and deliver to them the best value possible, and to never deceive or harm them in any way. We want our customers and students to trust that we always have their best interest at heart - because we do.

2. Innovation — We foster a culture of innovation and encourage creativity. It is critical to encourage and develop ideas in all areas of our field of expertise. We learn through trial and error, and transform innovative ideas into reality. We strive to deliver the most up to date, relevant, and effective knowledge to our customers.

3. Operational Excellence — We strive to maintain an environment that focuses on continuous improvement. Operational excellence yields best results and is the responsibility of everyone involved in our company. However, we will only create and sell products and services that we believe will have a direct, positive, and lasting impact on our users, and will only promote affiliate products that we believe will be useful and helpful to our users. Though we may use hype and marketing tactics to help sell our materials, we will never sell anything that we believe would be detrimental or useless to the customer – no matter how much money we might make off it. Our ultimate goal is to help people take control of their lives, get the job that they desire and experience a new and exciting adventure, and will not push, promote, or market any product we do not feel promotes this goal.

We want to help empower people, against societies constrictions, and to do so, we must constantly battle poor beliefs implanted by the mainstream media, mis-informed loved ones, religious organizations, and society at large.
